I've actually fixed the workstation by uninstalling and reinstalling Notes, so I can't check that out. It did add the 6.5 icon to the desktop and displayed the 6.5 splash screen when I tried to start Notes.

I've tested this on another machine with Configsafe and experienced the exact same problem, so now I'm working on a way to disable Configsafe.
